Cancellation Policy
All clients are subjected to cancellation and late policy. All clients will have 24hrs to cancel appointments if not canceled within the allotted time you will lose your deposit. If client is considered a no show and would like to rebook an appointment you will be obligated to pay in full for your service as well as an additional $25 no show fee as well as a request to be able to be considered for another appointment. If the client does a no show you will be blocked. If client is late 15mins without communication the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be lost. If the client is 15 mins late with communication there will be a $10 late fee added to service.
